Mental Health & Wellness
Our mental health is the most important aspect in developing and maintaining, total body wellness. While there is a negative connotation with the term "mental health" as it conjures up fears of being labeled "crazy", the term as I use it here should be viewed as any other type of health, i.e. heart health, digestive health, etc. Without the health of our mind and brain, our physical body will suffer and develop health problems.
